A New Menu
A New Menu For Democracy
A New Menu For Democracy

New Menu comes from the idea that as citizens in a democracy, we should not be like people visiting a restaurant, coming in periodically and chosing from a list of options.  We should should be in the kitchen, with our sleeves rolled up, coming up with new ideas that will benefit us collectively.  We need to create a new menu of services we need from our government, not accept the choices our government is offering us.

Candidates who listed with the US Green Party as Greens, from local to national office, may have a free web site through this page.  Included is an email address, a blog, calendar, guest book, and other features that will be added later.  Green campaigns that already have a web site, may still be listed in our directory with a link to their official election site.  Greens may choose from one or all of our current offered services.  Green candidates with little or no campaign budgets can still have their platform, issues, and contact information available online.

Cynthia McKinney is the Green Party candidate for president.  Her running mate is Rosa Clemente.

Although we are too old to have a MySpace account, we would still like to add you as a friend.

Green Blogs

We just added new features.  Everyone automatically has a blog.  The most recent blog enteries will be listed to the left in the menu.  There is a visitor counter for each candidate and an optional guest book.  This is in addition to the customizable banner links that we recently began offering.  You can have your own "Town Hall" where you take questions from your visitors and answer them.  You can also request your own FTP account and folder to have your own customized web page.  Free templates are available from the Green Party.

Mass communication should be the masses broadcasting the message, not receiving it.  This is especially true in politics.   A New Menu is run by Greens for Greens.

In a local development, in my home state, a grand jury
found that the 2006 ballot access challenge to Green
Party candidate Carl Romanelli was fueled by illegal
bonuses and illegal use of state employees. Apparently,
it was so critical to the Democrats that no real choices
exist, they were willing to deny Americans their most
fundamental right - who they vote for.
