| My name is Bryan Smith, and I am the Green Party candidate for the District 1 seat on the York County Council.
The Green Party is relatively new in York County, our supporters come from a wide range of political thought and ideologies. It is my hope that the citizens will take the time to examine and consider the Green Party, our platform, and our values.
The focus of my campaign will be environmental, economic, and social justice issues. As my campaign takes shape, I will be issuing press releases and position papers regarding specific issues. My finalized platform will be available in mid-July, following the Green Party National Convention.
In the coming months I look forward to meeting with you, individually, and in groups, to discuss how the Council can better represent you.
